The three (3) campuses of NOIEL are stocked with over 7,000 books, journals, magazines and more are being acquired. Our library is open each day from Monday to Friday of the week from8:30 in the morning and to 5:30 in the evening and on Saturday from 9am to 2pm.

  NOIEL e-library is virtually completed. It will provide students and other departments within the Institute with a vast number of links with some of the well notable resource sites. This information will soon be provided on this page. Students are to note that the e-library can be accessed from any PCs on or off campuses with an internet link.
